Sports Party Favors

Your little all-star might not differentiate between football, baseball, soccer, basketball, hockey, or any other sport for that matter. A true sports-lover gets excited for any game and usually plays on just about every team available to them! Creating general sports party favors is easy and fun!

Sports Party Favors for Children

Field Day Pack - Purchase drawstring backpacks in a variety of colors. Include any combination of the following items: mini water bottle, whistle, stopwatch, powerbar (or granola bar depending on age), sweatbands for wrists or head, sunscreen for the big game, a good luck charm (like rabbit's foot or coin). To personalize, paint or mark each guest's name on the bag.
Multi-Sports Bag - Buy general sports party favor bags and fill with multi-sport items such as: plush mini-balls, sports stickers/tattoos, sports pencils, sports pennants, sports snacks such as nuts or trail mix.
Nerf Items - The Nerf brand offers a variety of gaming options. Depending on number of guests/cost, purchase various Nerf items and put them in a big grab bag. Have the guests pull one out and whatever they get is their favor. Added twist - do this at the beginning of the party and then have a few "buzz" words (like football, sport, team) that, if said, the offender has to give up their favor to the person who caught them. Be sure that everyone leaves with a favor though - so maybe have little conciliation favors (i.e., bag of candies).
Sports Artists - Give each child a coloring book with a sports theme. Attach a pack of crayons or markers to the book with a "thank you" card. To make the favors a party game, have a coloring contest!
